I would be surprised if it gets revived. I didn't understand why it was killed in the first place. Vertos presented me with I believe 7 or 8 different studies, all of which were prospective and I think a few double blinded. I can't remember. What was CMS' reasoning? B/c they were all funded by Vertos?

What percentage of stenosis is pure ligament disease vs facets. What about the canadian neurosurgeon who was sued by vertos for not suppressing bad outcomes after 6 mo.
