Those of you who do mild, if you did not get the email from Vertos, CMS issued an unfavorable NCD such that they may not cover mild procedure starting Jan 2014. Unfortunate if you happen to be in an area where the procedure is covered. Please send comments to CMS as the comment period is currently open. Its a longshot, but maybe can turn it around...
