You should be fine. Just make sure that you apply to ~15 programs. Given the geographical location and your academic stats, you should be a match for most big-10 MSTPs...

Looks like you are weakest in clinical work. If you want to improve your chances the most, I would suggest upping those clinical hours over any other improvements.
Also, try to find a hospice volunteer option in your area: you get excellent access to patients and the training is extremely beneficial (often a nationally certified 20 hour intensive training session for hospice workers). The one I worked with is The Twilight Brigade, affiliated with the VA and it was awesome. PM me if you have questions.
