Neurophys fellowships in California

Looking to California for fellowship - San Francisco, LA, Irvine, and San Diego. What fellowships are out there of good repute for someone who is not terribly research-oriented? There are the obvious ones - UCLA, UCSF, Berkley, UCSD, UC Irvine. Anything else out there?

Compared to most other programs I've visited, Loma Linda University has a good number of neuromuscular/neurophys faculty. There might be worth a look.
