hello! should i choose a volunteer oppurtunity with only 30 hours (foodbank) or one of my hobbies that i have been doing for 10+ years (graphic art, design)

Activities with less than 50 hours (shadowing is an exception) are not worth including in my opinion.

Can anyone make an official 2023-2024 thread for AMCAS like the TMDSAS ? pls

Utilize this thread for now. The TMDSAS one grows quite large each year while this one has stayed rather small.
