what is the most stable fixation for BSSO?

Where is the zygoma in relation to the lateral canthus?

please help me.

you should look at old questions.
STSG has more contracture.
most stable fixation is the three positional screws in an inverted L .i think
zygoma relation to lateral canthus i think is 15 mm down and 10mm lateral.

damn jigga, you're from parkland? lol? seriously, thank you, I appreciate the prompt help.

I am currently studying the 2005, 2006, 2007 old exams, but from what I've heard, they are not too good =(
