Opinions on NJ former AOA sites?

Trying to get my rotator list for next year, as I am a current third year. Wanted to know your thoughts on these programs:

Jersey city
Inspira
RowanSOM

Perhaps also St. Josephs/morristown/hackensack as well. Not sure how DO friendly they are.
