FYI, The American Board of Radiology (ABR) has come down very hard on these types of "recalls." They claim that any recall is both a copyright violation as well as unethical because it essentially amounts to cheating. As such, they are threatening revocation of board certification/board eligibility for any persons found to harbor or distribute said recalls.

Therefore, it is extremely unwise to ask for this type of information on a public forum. Thread closed.
