I don't know much about those programs. Iowa is certainly a solid program with an excellent reputation. Research is pretty strong in that department as well. I understand they have a new chair who came from UTSW. Mayo is a little unique because they process frozens in their own way. I have to imagine CP is big there since they get send outs from everywhere, but I don't know much about the actual training. The rest I would only be speculating.
