I was looking for suggestions for pharmacy students regarding monitoring forms? What are some ideas of monitoring forms that students can create to track patients?

What pocket reminders do most students (or current pharmDs develop when they were students) to help them out? (e.g. little cheatsheets of CHEST guidelines, lab normals, etc.).

What resources are available to purchase as pocket references?

MOST IMPORTANTLY: Are there PDA based cheatsheets that can be used? If so what are they?

What ‘wows’ preceptors to show them that you’re well-prepared?

    THANKS for your help!!!
