Planned courses

In my application, I had listed 2 grad courses plus my regular scheduled courses as my "planned courses" because it was showing up on my transcript. But now I've changed my mind and I want to just take one grad course (which is completely different from the courses i have on the list). would dental schools take away my acceptance or something if they find out that i didn't take the "planned" courses i originally listed? will they even notice?
