Planned Coursework Change

I was originally planning on getting a second business minor, but I decided that my upcoming semester would be better spent trying to raise my science GPA. The problem is that I've already submitted my application with the business classes planned and schools won't see that I'm actually planning on taking upper-level science courses. Do I have to wait till the academic update or should I call schools to notify them now? Thanks for your help!
