Hi everyone!

My pre-req attack has begun, thanks to a lot of great advice and reading on here. I’ve planned my coursework so that I can apply to a few schools in two years.

I am very curious as to your thoughts and strategies for how the application year is handled as far as outstanding pre-reqs. It seems most schools don’t require all classes to be completed before applying. So how do you decide which courses to take during the last year ? For example, did you save any classes for the year of application for any specific reason? GPA?

Has anyone thought of saving the courses that only a few schools require (stats, a second semester of organic chem, etc.), So you can apply to a few schools sooner?

I want to be as prepared as possible, but also am not getting any younger and planned to take the classes that apply to the most schools first, hopefully allowing me to apply sooner to at least some schools.

I would love your thoughts!
