Raising your cGPA by 0.07 will probably not be that helpful. Raising your sGPA by 0.14 might be worth it, depending on the school. The reality is that you'll have to have a pretty broad list of schools anyway; most will be DO with some MD schools that reward reinvention. See Goro's list for guidance.
My argument would be that your goal should focus around doing very well on the MCAT. The risk you take with doing school + MCAT is that you could end up overloaded and hurt yourself on one or both. You also stand to save a lot of money and time by not taking extra classes.
TLDR: Skip school, crush MCAT, save money.
