Pre-Reqs from different schools?

As many of you have seen in my other posts I have one class left at my university to graduate with my BSBA but I have decided to do my post bacc elsewhere. I want to volunteer and shadow a lot this semester so I was thinking about taking a few online courses through CSU before starting at CU Denver in January. The online courses I would take through CSU are not offered online at CU. Would it look bad if I did this?
