Primary and Secondary Fees - Donations

Do our primary and secondary fees count as donations towards a not-for-profit? Meaning can I call them as charitable donations on my 1040 Schedule A? Weird question I know but SDN always has the answer.

That's a dumb question. Technically, you're paying for a service. In what way could that possibly be considered a charitable donation?
