Medical Question regarding deposit - do I have to withdraw MD waitlist if I pay DO deposit?

Hi, I have been accepted to a DO school and the second deposit deadline is coming up. If I pay the deposit amount, will I have to withdraw my application from an MD school (I have been waitlisted at an MD school but I also dont want to loose my seat for this DO school that I have been accepted at.)

So while technically AACOMAS and AMCAS schools don't talk to each other regarding your acceptances, you should always behave as if they do. As it stands, if you are only holding one acceptance, then you're fine.
