Why does the Wash U application ask for your ACT score?

I'm thinking it probably is twofold:

They probably are looking for a trend... kinda see if your super high/low MCAT was a fluke or not.

Also, they could be ascertaining the effectiveness of the ACT as a predictor for success at the next level. Gotta make sure those MCAT scores really mean something...

Haha Uniformed Services also asks for your SAT and ACT, as well as VCU. I don't believe it's entirely uncommon.

Boy it would suck if I applied there.....I never took the SAT or ACT.

Baylor also asks for your SATs and ACTs as well as your highschool class rank.

Dajimmers has 4 Satisfactory's in 1st grade! He needs work on his numbers, however, the four is always backwards.
