This forum has been dead for quite awhile. 
I'm assuming everyone is done with interviews and are in the process of constructing or having already finished their rank lists.
I previously thought I had my rank list set, but now other things are coming into play and I'm having second thoughts about my rank list and if it should be reconstructed.
Many different factors come to mind, such as reputation, location, clinical vs. research oriented, opportunities for advanced fellowships at the program, call schedule, whether you felt like you'd fit in with the faculty/fellows, so what are the most important factors for you?
