Residency dermatology in german

Hi everyone,

I'm a italian young doctor fall in love with dermatology.

I know for sure that germany has the best dermatology in europe so i decided to move in for my post-graduated formation.

I know that is an exotic speciality and very competitive. I'm wondering how many chanche do i get to be taken as Assistenzarzt being a foreign doctor.
