Resume building?

Okay so I have been volunteering at the local ER for a year now. I belong to three Honor Societies and 4 extra-curricular activities at school. I plan to shadow a pharmacist (my dad's long time friend) right before I submit my application next year. I was wondering what else I could do to boost my resume. Perhaps an internship? If so, which one?

Pharmacy experience (i.e. work or volunteering)

Sounds good to me. Maybe add civic service or volunteering of some kind. And pharmacy experience always helps, like above said.
