revisit weekend...

how does the revisit weekend work?

will all schools we are accepted to have us on a visit to revisit or only the top schools?

Who pays for these trips? Does the school pay for flight and food, etc?

as far as i know these are optional weekends offered by the school to give you a chance to get a second look and make a decision. It's also a chance to tour the city if youre not familiar or look for housing.

I'm not sure if all the schools offer it but I'm fairly certain that they do not pay your way down....

I'm pretty sure you have to pay your own way, unless you are MD/PhD.

Some schools will pay for your transportation (Vandy is one that comes to mind) but most don't. My school pays for hotel, food and other expenses (i.e. baseball tickets, museum admission) but you have to cover your own transportation.
