Hi,

I was just wondering if any SDNers have experience or information about doing rotations in Saudi Arabia, or volunteering there, say with the Red Crescent or other organization. I'm a second year med student in the states, starting to look for ideas for fourth year.

Thanks!

I am from Saudi ,, you can e mail king saud university -- medical school or king khalid university hospital
there may be a visa issues but you need to be accepted by a place there in order to get the visa unless you have a relative there
good luck

Im an international med student in Saudi wrapping up internship. Its difficult to adjust here esp if you are female. With that said you might have more choices in UAE, our neighbor. You can contact Alfaisal University in Riyadh as well, they have the highest scores every year in the annual nation wide med school progress test.

Cheers

Ops, just realized this thread is pretty old. Nevermind.
