The data shows that even while productivity has consistently increased for decades, wages have dropped for the VAST majority of workers.
It is very clear that the problem is with employers, not employees.
The focus needs to be on fair wages and benefits. This is clear. When the government gets stuck cleaning up this mess (which they HAVE to do), the system gets bloated and unfortunately small businesses and businesses that ARE fair get hurt.
You can complain about poor people and welfare all you want, but that won't resolve anything. The problem is with greedy big business.
