Hey there SDN,

I've shadowed a handful of specialists: oral surgeons (at my local hospital, the OMFS clinic), endodontists, and prosthodontist. I've accumulated a generous amount of hours. But now I realized I haven't really shadowed a general dentist. Is this a problem? Should I shadow a GD, even though I've seen a variety of dental procedures across the board?

In all honesty, I don't want to shadow one at the moment because I'm studying for the DAT and ready to submit my application. And I wouldn't want to waste my time because I've done my shadowing..A great deal of it!

Thanks in advance - much appreciated.

Honestly, I wouldnt worry about it as long as you have 100+ hours already.
