Stupid Question about the forum...critical care

why can't I see all the posts in this forum? when I do a search for "critical care" many more threads show up from this forum, but they are not displayed when i open up the forum...only about 10 or so threads show up

any idea why? or am i just dumb? lol

I think the default shown is 45 days back. Try changing that setting (bottom left of the page) and you may see more.
