Surgery for Poland Syndrome?

I have a patient who may require some sort of surgery for Poland syndrome (congenital absence of pec major).

Can anybody recommend an orthopod in Massachusetts who might have some experience with this? Nobody seems to even want to to touch this guy, but an experienced opinion would be helpful.
