I'm looking for software that would be used to create templates or perform pre-surgical planning/visualization. I've searched a bit on google but it seems like the results I've found don't match my needs exactly. Ideally, the software would be able to create a 3-d model of a hip replacement, along with femur and pelvis, and would be able to simulate things like impingement, contact patch, joint reaction force vector etc with varying implant placement. This would be used for research purposes. Here is what I've found available so far:

orthoview:
http://www.orthoview.com/

traumacad:
http://www.voyanthealth.com/landing_orthoplanningsoftware.jsp

These two software packages seem to offer the ability to do 2-D templates. I'm not sure that would be adequate as the goal here is to simulate impingement, contact patch etc.

Orthovis:
http://customorthopaedics.com/index.html

Offers ability to make 3-D simulations, according to the video can at least simulate impingement, not sure about contact patch. However it is not commercially available in the US.

Does anyone know of a program with the desired capabilities or have experience with any of the programs listed?
