This might be a redundant post, but I could not really find any posts about elective pass/fail, so I guessed it would be better to ask than regret later.
I have fulfilled my prerequisites already and am currently taking an upper div science course that counts as an elective since it seemed interesting. Since I did not really do well on the first midterm, I am planning to change it to P/F and was wondering if it would look bad later when I apply.
My guess would be that it would not matter, but would it raise questions?

One random pass fail grade isn't going to raise eyebrows but getting a B is also probably equally insignificant.

I took 3 P/F courses that were all upper level sciences (not prereqs). It never came up in any interview so I don't think it's an issue so long as your GPA is fine.
