You should explain in your secondaries the reason for your decline in GPA if this is something you can safely disclose. Also a DIY post bacc in the coming years where you take upper level science courses at a local college would be a good idea. Also add more schools this cycle and I suggest these:
MU-COM
WVSOM
PCOM Georgia and South Georgia
UIWSOM
WCU-COM
A downward trend is concerning because schools do no know the reason for your the deterioration in your grades.
