Thinking of fellowship in Spain

Currently in Anesthesia residency. Will be finishing up in 2012. I am interested in critical care and would like to do a fellowship overseas. I know that this would not lead to board certification, but it's really not that important to me (board certification) long as I have the training. Anyway, thinking of Spain, because I am somewhat fluent in the language. Only other is England but not as excited about that as that as I am with Spain but will be ok with that as well. Just need to get out of the U.S for a while and I've always thought about Europe. Any suggestions? Gonna start a google search.
