Hi,
I've started up my own practice and have hired one doctor already to join me. I found them my posting on my residency facebook group and someone reached out to me that way willing to be interviewed and join.
I'm now growing and will be looking to hire one more doctor in the next 3 months, and if things go well, then another one maybe in a year.
How did you go about finding your physician employees or future partners?
