I'm a sophomore and thinking about taking the MCAT either in this coming summer or next winter. I heard a lot of suggestions on taking it in the summer, but I want to go to a summer program in Paris from May to July 2. I probably cannot do a lot of study in Paris, and by the time I get back, it might be tight to take a prep course and take the test in late August.
Or.. I can postpone the exam to next winter break, but then I will have to study during the semester and probably won't have time to do the prep course?
Do you think I should drop the summer program and dedicate the summer to the test, or take the winter exam?
