Tpr science workbook from 2013

I have this book from 2013. Is this book still useful for new Mcat? Is this book significantly different from the updated one?

I have read that most of the older books contain information that will not be on our exam. I went looking through the aamc guide this week, I would suggest you do that and compare it to the book before you buy it. That is what I will do.
