uci interview dates

Hi all. I was wondering if anyone knew how often (specifically which days of the week) UC Irvine schedules interviews. I just received my invite after "review in process" for three weeks and it sounds like the date they assign you is nearly set in stone. I was wondering if and when I could reschedule.
