universal online app for program with useful calculations?

Hi guys, I'm starting my 4th year pharmacy rotation and I could use some advice in terms of the most useful online application that has calculations for creatinine clearance, body mass index, adjusted body weights, dosing formulations. For any pharmacy residents out there, do you recommend a useful app I can download that has all the calculations? Thank you
