USMLE Step 2 - Clinical Skills

As ya'll know, the clinical skills exam is only offered in certain cities. I was wondering:

1) Does the Navy reimburse the exam fee (~$1000) after there is verification that I passed?

2) Does the Navy reimburse for my traveling expenses (i.e. gas and/or plane ticket) to and from the city where I take the test?

The Navy HPSP Handbook says that they will reimburse us for the cost of the exam, but not for any expenses related to travel to the exam.

However, it never hurts to submit a request for reimbursement....

You're right, doesn't hurt, but the answer will still be no.
