UW Supplemental/ Secondary Application

Hi All,
Does anyone have any information regarding the secondary / supplemental application of UW. It states that they have asked a few general questions and a few case scenarios. If anyone, who has done this in last cycle could throw a light on this, it would be of great help.
What all do i need to study for this?
Is it MCQs or essay type?
What to expect from the questions? easy/hard.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have heard they give cases similar to nbde part 2. so its easy for those who have done part 2. But I dont have any other info yet.
