I had interview with rxm and store manager last week, they said at the end everything is good and I am a good fit. Therefore they will let DM interview me. Another rxm called me to set up an interview with DM and himself. DM was listening to the answers that was questioned by that rxm with some comments about pay rate and shift hrs. At the end DM asked if i have any question or any thing to say. I asked about OT and benefits. The rxm said will call you in one week either way, if will offer me the job or not. My question is: is this normal practice for DM or rxm before hiring? Or they just saying NO to me indirectly ( will call and say sorry, we found another rph for this position). I think I was ok with all these interview questions that were mainly about : give me an example u did this or that.
