California Northstate has accreditation concerns. Do not apply there. You have several schools that take few OOS students without ties (UNLV, Kansas, FIU, FAU etc).

Do you have any non-clinical volunteering? For a CA applicant at that stat range, I would suggest applying both MD and DO.

Do not apply to any reaches with your MCAT of 508. You also have several state public schools on your list that admit few non residents with your MCAT and no connection to the state. I suggest these schools with your stats:
California University
Loma Linda (if you fit their mission)
UC Davis
UC Irvine
UC Riverside (only if you are from that region)
TCU
NOVA MD
Wake Forest
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Penn State
Hackensack
New York Medical College
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Oakland Beaumont
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin
Belmont (when it opens)
Also apply to DO schools and I suggest these:
WESTERN
TUCOM-CA
TUNCOM
AZCOM
KCU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
DMU-COM
MU-COM
PCOM
NYITCOM
Touro-NY

Isn’t NY Medical college and Virginia commonwealth a reach?

Your GPA and MCAT are both considered which is fine for both those schools.

Also, a strong PS doesn’t mean much when there’s hundreds, if not thousands of applicants with a strong PS. Have you done any community service and non-clinical experiences outside of tutoring? Tutoring and TA’ing is mainstream and every applicant has hundreds of hours in it so you will need something else to make you mission-fit for schools, otherwise you will be screened out by many MD and DO programs.

Yes I do! I did about 100 hrs as a red cross volunteer. Is that enough

It may be, but some schools may screen you out. Usually 150 hours is the normal screen-out amount. Do you have a population you want to work with? Is it possible to do community service for that specific population through the Salvation Army, Food Bank, etc.? It would make you more mission-fit overall.

It’s at the bare minimum. That will hold you back for MD as many schools at that stat range look for more hours helping those less fortunate (homeless shelter, soup kitchen, Big Brothers Big Sisters etc).
