Hello! I need some advice if my school list has a good balance of safety and within-reach schools. If you think I should add/delete any schools, please let me know!! Thanks again everyone

Attended University of Michigan
Clinical Paid: PCT (755 hours) ; Clinical Volunteering: hospice (44.5 hours), hospital (79 hours), blood drive (46 hours)
Research: 866 hours (including 2 manuscripts in preparation, 1 undergraduate research fellowship w/ presentation)
In-Person Shadowing: 50 hours (fam med, cardiology, internist, peds, neurology) ; Virtual Shadowing: 38 hours
Non-Clinical Volunteering: crisis text line (146 hours), food pantry (50 hours)
Social Justice Advocacy: worked with organization dealing with urban poverty (150 hours)
Leadership: student org exec board (135 hours), secretary for club (46)
Tutoring: tutored elementary kids on reading (33 hours)
Hobbies: learning language (120 hours)
LORs: research mentor, physician I shadowed, 2 STEM professors, 1 sociology professor
Graduated 1 semester early (dec 2021). Supposed to apply last cycle but I needed to boost clinical hours so I spent most of my time doing that.
