The Washington schools and Nebraska admit very few non residents with no connection to the state. I suggest these schools with your stats:
OHSU
University of Kansas
Colorado
Creighton
TCU
Tulane
Miami
Wake Forest
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
Georgetown
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
Pittsburgh
Hofstra
Einstein
New York Medical College
Albany
Rochester
Vermont
Dartmouth
Tufts
Quinnipiac
Kaiser
Rosalind Franklin
Loyola
Medical College Wisconsin
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont

Thank you for your service to our country. Do your homework on veteran and disability services at the schools that you wish to attend. You can ask students about religiously-affiliated and family-related support clubs.

University of Kansas definitely favors in-state applicants who are academically qualified. Did you ever attend their prehealth applicant conference? They describe how applicants are selected for interview, and if you are an in-state Kansas resident that meets or exceeds their academic thresholds, you have a very high probability of getting an interview.
