Career change, GPA reinventor here looking to move past my academic blemishes 9 years ago.

Academic background:
Earned my AA and diploma concurrently in 2010 (2.6GPA), dismissed academically from my first 4-year uni in 2011 (1.5GPA), earned a liberal arts BA at another 4-year university in 2015 (2.2GPA).
With over 250 attempted credit hours my cumulative is immovable (e.g. 12 consecutive As would only have me eclipse 2.75). I did have undiagnosed ADHD at the time but dont intend to mention this as the reason for poor grades.

One thing going for me is I hadn't taken many science courses. I completed my science prereqs between 2022-2023.

cGPA: 2.61
sGPA: 3.64
Post-bacc: 3.81 (67hrs)
MCAT: 510 (127, 127, 128, 128)
New York
Caucasian
Non-trad, first generation, first time applicant

3500hrs paid clinical experience (anesthesia tech)
100hrs non-clinical volunteer work
68hrs shadowing anesthesiologists, AAs, CRNAs
No research experience but could gain basic experience through a friend's lab over the next year.
Strong experiences as a user experience designer 20,000hrs at notable companies.
Strong letters, 3 anesthesiologists, 2 supervisors

I began my career change two years ago, working full-time, doing post-bacc full-time, while raising two toddlers, one born during this whole process. Now that things have calmed I'm looking for advice on how to spend my limited time (and funds).

I absolutely love anesthesia and pediatrics and would maintain an open mind to other surgical specialties if I get into school.

School list:
Goro's reinvention list
NY state schools

Do I have a chance at all?
What other schools are worth adding?

Thank you all so much, appreciate the direction

When are you planning to apply ?
Next cycle, 2024. All of my prerequisites are done but unfortunately my cumulative is a disaster. I can take a few more to bring the sGPA closer to 3.8 but cGPA will be at or below 2.7.

Work on increasing your sGPA to 3.8. At some schools, you will more likely be seen as a reinventor with a GPA of 3.8 and a MCAT pf 510. You should be competitive for DO schools and I suggest these:
UNECOM
NYITCOM (both schools)
Touro-NY
LECOM (all schools)
PCOM (all schools)
UP-KYCOM
WVSOM
MU-COM
LMU-DCOM
ACOM
WCU-COM
UIWSOM
Touro-Montana
AZCOM
TUNCOM
ATSU-KCOM
KCU-COM
Noorda-COM
DUQCOM
BUCOM
OCOM

Thank you Faha! Very helpful for dialing in my applications.

It's the post-bac that counts.

I suggest:
All SUNYs
EVMS
Jefferson
U VM
Miami
Drexel
Albany
Tufts
TCU/UNT
Rush
Loyola
Rosy Franklin
Tulane
Wake
MCW
SLU
Creighton
Wayne State
Netter
NovaMD
NYU.LI
NOTE: as a reinventor, you need DO schools on your list. Any DO school. Include UNECOM . I can't recommend LMU, ARCOM, SOMA, RVU, BCOM, ICOM and LUCOM, for different reasons. Avoid those new schools that haven't graduated a class yet, if possible.
