Hi all, I am thinking of reapplying this cycle, but I'm still waiting on 1WL from an unranked school. That school was the only one I got a II for last cycle. To be fair, I applied extremely top-heavy last cycle, and also applied later in the cycle (~mid August-late September). I was looking for advice on schools to take off/add now that I'm a reapplicant, and wanted advice on how I would look with my reapplication given the EMT is primarily the only new thing I'm adding to the application. I also tried to shape my application around my caregiving for my grandfather and my extensive education-based ECs (TA'ing, and my club). I was pretty disappointed with the cycle from last time around, but am going to give this upcoming cycle my best shot and would love any pointers!

Where are you on the waitlist ? You should accumulate 150+ hours of non clinical volunteering such as food bank, homeless shelter, etc. before you submit your application.

Where is your WL? Which schools did you send an application last cycle? What's your mission fit? Your nonclinical volunteering doesn't show much service orientation... lots of tutoring but not enough showing you can be comfortable out of your comfort zone.
