Get more shadowing. You would need around 50 hours. If you worked as a scribe, you could subtract some hours from that and list it under the shadowing category.

Your shadowing seems very light, but you don't provide many details on your other clinical experience. You need to show us you know what doctors do. Without any details about your entrepreneurship efforts, I am not sure why a program would want to interview you... and in fact, because of your entrepreneurship and lack of shadowing, it's not clear why you want to be a physician. Need details.

I’m not sure if this applies to CA schools, but some med schools average multiple test scores. AMCAS suggests this for multiple test takers. So be aware of this when selecting schools.
