Are you applying as a New York resident or a California resident ?
New York as of right now, but I am open to making it California if that betters my chances at more schools. I think personally I would like to go to a school in California so I might change, but I am not sure. Let's just say New York for simplicity's sake.

Can you tell me how you can be an ED rad intern and not shadow? I just want to be sure about your experience.
I guess now that I am thinking about it, that would be a shadowing experience for sure. I have it listed as a clinical volunteering on my primary, but it may benefit from me changing that to a shadowing experience instead. My experience was mainly observing doctors, and transporting patients

You have many state public schools on your list that admit very few (if any) non residents with your stats and no connection to the state.
Meharry and Charles Drew mainly admit applicants from the African American community.
Several other schools are unrealistic with your stats. I suggest these schools with your stats if you apply as a New York resident:
All 4 SUNYs
Albany
New York Medical College
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Hackensack
Drexel
Temple
Penn State
George Washington
Eastern Virginia
Virginia Commonwealth
Wake Forest
NOVA MD
TCU
Creighton
Rosalind Franklin
Loyola
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Loma Linda (if you fit their mission)
California University.
You should be aware that you are not competitive for any other California MD schools even if you claim California residency.
Apply broadly to DO schools and I suggest these:
Touro-NY
NYITCOM
UNECOM
LECOM
PCOM
CUSOM
MU-COM
DMU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
KCU-COM
AZCOM
TUNCOM
UIWSOM
NOVA

You have a lot of public state schools on your list that you are essentially just going to be donating money to because they accept very few OOS applicants, and the ones they do admit tend to have close ties to the state and/or better stats than you. Schools like ETSU, South Carolina (both Columbia and Greenville), Louisville, New Mexico, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Michigan, West Virginia, and Connecticut are all examples of public state schools I would for sure remove from your list.
