Could really use your guys help making my school list. From Chicago and US citizen but been working at the university of Toronto for research/industry job the last 2 years, so no longer an illinois resident :/ . Non traditional undergrad in history (3.9 GPA), did post-bacc at university of illinois at chicago with 3.97 GPA.

About 4000 hours research/paid clinical experience. Was a clinical coordinator for a number of years, now work as a researcher for a large drug company.
~300 non-clinical volunteer hours
Shadowing: ~100 hours
Extracurriculars: was president of my student society, do a lot of shadowing with LGBTQIA+ community esp in community healthcare
speciality: interested in internal medicine, esp infectious disease, which i know is not the most popular or competitive speciality
Race: white, female, I'm gay if that makes a difference, going to talk about it in diversity essays

You have several schools that take few OOS students without ties (Minnesota, Kentucky etc). Illinois has very high tuition for non-residents so perhaps leave them off.

I suggest:

Rosalind Franklin
Duke
Emory
Dartmouth
GW
Georgetown
Icahn at Mt Sinai
Loyola Chicago
Northwestern
UVM
Rush
Tufts
Tulane
UChicago
UColorado
U of Iowa
U Pittsburgh
Yale
Rochester
Einstein
Hofstra
Western Michigan
USF
Miami
Quinnipiac
Kaiser
SLU
Jefferson
Temple
VCU
EVMS
