What are my chances?

4.0 cGPA, biomedical engineering major
42 MCAT
100 hours shadowing family doctor
50 hours shadowing endocrinologist
50 hours shadowing gynecologist
30~ hours shadowing immunologist
~200 hours volunteering at local hospital (since freshman year)
4 semesters research at a cancer institute (no paper published), very strong relationship with the mentor
Worked as an EMT last summer (~ 20 hrs a week for 8 weeks)
African American.
Organize food drive and volunteering services at local Scientology church (since high school).
Play volleyball for the school's team.

What are my chances? I also need a list of schools (DO schools are fine).

It is sometimes difficult to tell if people are genuine when they post something like this, or if they are just trolling for an ego boost? A 4.0 and 42 MCAT are competitive for just about any medical school in the country. Depending on LOR's, and your PS, I would argue you could apply to many of the top 25's. The adcom's here probably have more insight, but you really shouldn't have a difficult time getting interviews, and assuming no red flags or poor interviewing skills, an acceptance at several schools.
