what type of things are hospitals in Germany looking for in regards to surgical specialities entry?

What type of experience and post grad degrees are they looking for?
I got a master's from England in laprascopic surgery MCh is and some general clinical experiences, would that be enough to see me through to get a surgical speciality residency in Germany?
