It will only be available for 2, one weeks periods in a given year and I am pretty sure your score will be valid for two years. Not sure when the ideal time to take it is. From my understanding, this year is a pilot year and the test isn't a requirement for the ADEA PASS application, rather it is specific to the program whether they are going to require you to take it.
